Our 0 - 6 month Cocoon's fit all 3 point harnesses and 5 point harnesses with detachable straps, many car seat models with 5 point harnesses have detachable straps for cleaning purposes, please check your manufacturers manual on how to detach the straps. Once detached the straps can be placed through the side holes of the blanket and reattached.
Our 6 - 12 month Cocoon's fit all 3 point and 5 point harnesses. If you have a 5 point harness undo the poppers down either side of the Cocoon and place the straps through before closing back up.
Yes they are machine washable at 30 degrees celsius ensuring they can be cleaned without any damage after the inevitable accidents happen.
Despite there being no legalisation in place governing accessories for car seat accessories we have put the blanket through ECE R129 Dynamic Front & Rear testing to give both us and our customers peace of mind when purchasing.

Yes we certainly can. We will gift wrap your order and send to the delivery address of your choice. Just add a comment to the order with the note you would like included and we will handwrite it for you and add to the package.
Yes gift cards are available online and are electronic rather than printed. Details of the Gift Card will be sent to you via email so that you can forward on to the recipient.

All orders placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent on a Monday. Do not worry, Royal Mail will either return your package to the sorting office for you to pick up at your earliest convenience or it will be left with a neighbour. A card will be posted through your letter box advising which option the delivery person has taken.

Yes. We have a 28 days no questions answered returns policy. To return a Cocoon please return it unused, in its original packaging if possible to the address below. Please include a note with your order number in the package.

If returning due to the product being unwanted you will need to cover the cost of postage to return. See below for returning faulty items.
If you receive a faulty blanket or the blanket becomes faulty whilst you are using it please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org straight away. We will replace the item for you and once you have received the new blanket we will cover the costs for you to return the faulty blanket to us at the address above.
