We have a no questions asked 28 day returns policy should you not be happy with your Cocoon blanket. All we ask is that your item is returned unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include a note within your return envelope with your name and address so we know who it is from.
If your return is valid, then a refund of the product cost will be processed within 24 hours, and a refund will be made to the account you paid from. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable even when shipping is free as part of a promotion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.
Should your item become faulty at any point during its use please contact us at email@example.com to discuss a replacement item being sent out. You will need to provide evidence of the fault and also return to us once the replacement has been received. We will reimburse you the postage costs to return the item.
