At Cocoon Babies Ltd we are committed to ensuring that the trust you put in us by using our website is respected. We want you to feel confident that the information you share with us is being looked after and reassure you that we will never give your details to third parties.

Your order details

When buying a Cocoon on our website we need to collect some of your details in order to process it.  We need your name, billing address and shipping address. We also need a contact email address to send you an order confirmation and alert you when we have dispatched your item(s). Whilst it is not mandatory we also like take a contact number so we can get in touch if there is an issue with your order. You can be assured that we hold this information securely and we will not allow third parties to access these details.

Mailing lists

At checkout we give you the option to sign up to our mailing list. The purpose of any correspondence will be to let you know about new products that we think you might like to see or to give you a special offer as one of our loyal customers. You are easily able to unsubscribe at any time. We use a third party provider to deliver these emails. 

Our mailing list is private and no other third party will be able to gain access to this.
