At Cocoon Babies Ltd we are committed to ensuring that the trust you put in us by using our website is respected. We want you to feel confident that the information you share with us is being looked after and reassure you that we will never give your details to third parties. 

The type of data we collect

Your order details

When buying a Cocoon on our website we need to collect some of your details in order to process it.  We need your name, billing address and shipping address. We also need a contact email address to send you an order confirmation and alert you when we have despatched your item(s). Whilst it is not mandatory we also like take a contact number so we can get in touch if there is an issue with your order. You can be assured that we hold this information securely and we will not allow third parties to access these details.

Mailing lists

At checkout we give you the option to sign up to our mailing list. The purpose of any correspondence will be to let you know about new products that we think you might like to see or to give you a special offer as one of our loyal customers. You are easily able to unsubscribe at any time. We use a third party provider, Klaviyo to deliver these emails. For more information, please see Klaviyo’s privacy notice.

Our mailing list is private and no other third party will be able to gain access to this.

Cocoon Babies Ltd takes online security very seriously. All reasonable endeavours have been made to ensure that your information is securely stored and that all transaction information is encrypted. We recommend that you check the lower bar of your browser when you fill in your payment details for an unbroken key or closed lock, highlighting that encryption is active and your information is secure.

We monitor incoming and outgoing emails. This is in order to protect the operation of our computer systems and ensure compliance with our computer use policies.

All emails are confidential and may be the subject of legal privilege. The contents may not be disclosed copied or distributed without our consent. If you are not the intended recipient you must delete the message immediately and advise the sender that you received it in error.

While we have taken reasonably measures into ensuring that the message is error and virus-free. Unfortunately, full security of the email cannot be ensured as, despite our efforts, the data included in emails could be infected, intercepted, or corrupted. Therefore, the recipient should check the email for threats with proper software, as the sender does not accept liability for any damage inflicted by viewing the content of the email.
